Lord Baltimore
2005 colt by
Lord Sinclair

. Like his sire, he has substance
and a beautiful trot! Lord Baltimore was awarded PREMIUM and was the
Colt Champion at Hilltop Farm's July 27, 2005 Oldenburg Registry North
America Mare - Foal Inspection, receiving an 8.5 for his movement.
Lord Baltimore is out of our foundation mare, Oldenburg MMB Fancy Ruler

Lord Sinclair:
Two-time National Young Horse Champion, winner of the
Stallion Performance Test, Prix St. George winner and Main Premium
Champion in Oldenburg are his incomparable references to date. Lord
Sinclair’s progeny have met the high expectations; noble and dancing
movements are their significant trademarks. They are often in the top
placings at foal shows and championships and have achieved top prices at
several different auctions. Lord Sinclair has already produced over
twenty approved sons, amongst them a champion stallion and several
premium stallions. Most recently at the 2005 P.S.I. Auction, his son
Legamento (Lord Sinclair x Donnerschwee) was the most expensive
dressage horse, selling for €550,000. Lord Sinclair also
sired the most expensive young stallion at the KWPN Select Sale in
Holland: “Sir
Sinclair” was sold for €380,000. Sir Sinclair is now owned and
competed by Iron Spring Farm. Sir Sinclair has been awarded the 2005
USDF Horse of the Year Award for FEI Six Year-Olds. Other approved
Lord Sinclair sons, such as the premium stallion “Lord
of Loxley” created headlines as a motion artist at the approvals in
Westphalia. In 2004 this exceptional son of Lord Sinclair won the silver
medal at the World Young Dressage Horse Championships in Verden and the
National German Young Horse Championships in Warrendorf with top scores.
Lord Sinclair’s daughters have been equally successful: in 2003, his
daughter "Prima Ballerina" was the best dressage mare at the National
Stud Neustadt/Dosse. Through his offspring, Lord Sinclair is appearing
more and more in the foreground. He has proved to be a reliable producer
with regard to movement potential and really good rideability. For

Lord Baltimore's dam
- Fancy Ruler - is a 1982 Main Mare Book
Oldenburg mare (Bold Ruler line 7/8ths TB). Fancy Ruler was
presented to the German Oldenburg Verband / Oldenburg Registry North
America in 1995 at an Inspection at which Dr. Roland Ramsauer
officiated. Dr. Ramsauer was the German Breeding Director for the
German Oldenburg Verband (in Germany) and the Breeding Director for the
Oldenburg Registry North America in the United States. In 1995
there was only one Oldenburg Registry in North America (which was called
Oldenburg Registry North America) and it was the only legal licensee of
the German Oldenburg Verband operating in the US. Dr.
Ramsauer felt that Fancy ruler was of exceptional quality with respect
to her conformation, movement and pedigree and well worthy of acceptance
into the Oldenburg Main Mare Book.
Much the same as years ago, when some Dutch
inspector approved Samber’s dam - Tina, in 1995 Dr Rolland Ramsauer had
the authority and DID approve Fancy Ruler as a Main Mare Book Oldenburg
Mare for both the German Oldenburg Verband and the Oldenburg Registry
North America. (see more about Fancy Ruler on her page)
