Informal Puppy shots of Titus at 10 wks
Between every human and canine there is that moment... the beginning
of the bond... that first instant of transition from awkward
strangers to that magic connection, when each says to the other, "This
can work... I can love you with all my heart." This is
that moment for Jason and Titus
Tracy never really had a problem with bonding... there was a
connection from the very first.
And then of course there was that
first innocent encounter with his housemate, his half brother Rush
(a.k.a. his partner in crime).
Tracy helped ease the
introduction. She and Jason should have known from this instant that
their lives would never be the same.

News Flash for Saturday May 5, 2007
Logres’ Contucci, a.k.a. Titus, went Best In Match… at the Mid Atlantic Puppy Match.
No photos (no show photographer)… not even sure of the total entry
( I suspect about 25), but we are assured there was actually a
representative of every group in the Best In Match line up. So, for
absolute sure, Titus beat six other puppies. I can say for sure that
he did not win by default!
We are all as thrilled as if he’d gone BIS at Westminster… well, not exactly as thrilled, but we’re pretty
darn happy. Congrats to Jason, Tracy and Titus!!!
Everyone needs a hobby... a way to kick back and relax... get
away from the daily grind. Jason likes to fish... Titus loves
spending time with dad... so an appreciation of the water was part
of a natural progression. But Titus has gone a bit overboard ...
literally. From playing on the banks to the canine version f
JAWS ... Titus has gone completely off the deep end. In the
photos below you can just make out Titus' ear tapes breaking the
water's surface as he cruises around his pond... barking at his
flock of geese. I'm thinking Jason should strap on a fake
shark fin... grab a video camera and he'll have the winning
video for America's Funniest Home videos.
